Every profile below is filed in absolute millimetres and milled to order. If your board matches one, it goes straight on the mill.

Not MDF.
Every length is machined from solid pine — real grain, real end grain, cut to your section and sanded ready for your own finish. Lengths up to 2.4m, priced by the metre, measured to ±1mm.

Spindle moulding
A cutter ground to your section removes the waste in one pass — which is why a new profile takes seven days, not seven weeks.

Four decades of spindle-moulding sits behind every length we send out: cutters ground in-house, timber picked off our own rack, and a pair of eyes on the section before anything is cut.
